Introduction
Welcome to PrizeVista! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our giveaways. By purchasing a ticket or entering through the free entry method, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
- Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- For vehicle-related giveaways, participants must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Employees of PrizeVista, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entry Methods
- Paid Entry: Participants may purchase ticket entries for the giveaway. All ticket entries are final and non-refundable.
- Free Alternative Entry: Participants may enter for free by completing an online entry form, providing their full name, email address, phone number, and billing address. Each free entry must comply with the same giveaway rules as paid entries.
Giveaway Format
- All giveaways are skill-based and require participants to answer a question correctly. Only entries with correct answers will be eligible for the draw.
- PrizeVista reserves the right to disqualify any participant for providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Giveaway Rules
- The giveaway will run from the opening date to the closing date specified on the PrizeVista website (the “Website”).
- All giveaway entries must be received by the specified time on the closing date. Late entries may be disqualified without a refund.
- Entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified.
- PrizeVista will not accept responsibility for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
Winner Selection
- Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries that have answered the skill-based question correctly.
- The draw will take place within 14 days of the giveaway closing date.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days, an alternate winner will be selected in the same manner.
Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly stated.
- PrizeVista makes no warranties or representations about the quality, suitability, or condition of the prizes.
- The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees associated with the prize, including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes.
- If the prize is a vehicle, the winner must ensure it is insured, registered, and meets all legal requirements before use. Vehicle delivery or collection details will be specified on the Website.
- PrizeVista works with third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery of prizes and does not have a physical presence in the United States or Canada. As such, PrizeVista is not required to file Form 1099 with U.S. tax authorities.
- Participants acknowledge that PrizeVista’s role is limited to administering the giveaway and arranging the delivery of prizes through external partners.
Legal Disclaimers
- Company Location: PrizeVista is based outside of the United States and Canada and operates as an online giveaway platform. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.
- Limitation of Liability: PrizeVista is not responsible for any technical errors, fraudulent activities, or force majeure events that may affect the giveaway’s operation.
- Force Majeure: PrizeVista reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved under the laws of the state of California. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
- Indemnification: By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold PrizeVista harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.
Privacy Policy
