Draw mechanics
Entering one of our giveaways is easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow the easy 3 steps.

- Answer the Skill-based question correctly and purchase your ticket
- Receive your ticket immediately and wait for the draw date.

Our giveaways last for a fixed period. Details for each draw are featured on each product page in our website.
The prize draw will take place on the date stated in each giveaway. The draw itself will be fully automated an you can see how it works by visiting the automated draws page. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.
Each giveaway is open to all residents in the United States and Canada, aged 18 years or over and with a valid drivers licence (for vehicle competitions only), except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.
Tickets
The maximum number of tickets for each giveaway are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is fixed and will not change.
Both the maximum number of tickets for sale, and the total of tickets sold so far, are displayed in the draw details.
Once the payment process has been completed, you will receive an email containing your ticket details.
Each giveaway has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each giveaway. The maximum number of tickets available for each giveaway is fixed and will not change once the giveaway is live.
You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of the website.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

Payment
The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each giveaway and won’t change during the sale period.
We use secure, encrypted connections across our website with our payment processor and never hold your card details on our servers.
Prize mechanics
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.
If the item is physical, we will arrange for the delivery or collection of your prize with you through trusted third parties. Regarding any digital prizes, such as money, gift cards, etc, we will securely communicate and transfer the funds to you.
For some of our draws, we offer a cash alternative that is based on the amount we will likely receive once we have sold or auctioned the prize. Therefore, for specific competitions with a cash alternative available, it may take a few days or weeks before the cash alternative is transferred to you once we confirm this choice with you. This is entirely at our discretion.
To ensure transparency and compliance, we’ll would like to take a photo of you and your prize to go onto the winners page of our website. This is not mandatory.
We will contact all winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach you within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different promotion. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
